Gateway Property Management are looking for a part time janitor with handyman experience for Hawthorn Lane in Vernon, BC.

The job requires 10 to 15 hours per week and is paid $19.00 per hour. It includes but is not limited to small repairs on common property, property inspections, cleaning walkways, stairwells, basements and laundry rooms, report by law violations, monthly fire inspection, snow removal and sanding walkways, change light bulbs on common property, be available for emergencies, remove dead plants, weed, brushes, etc. The handyman experience and the ability to climb on a ladder is a must.
