We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill the following position in our expansion plan.

Post Name: Business Development / Deputy General Manager

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for acquiring new clients/brands, locally and/or overseas and building long term partnership with clients to meet company’s revenue growth and objectives
• Plan and execute overall client strategy to ensure client retention and meet client business goals and expectations
• Responsible tor leading client and business review meetings and presenting plans and recommendations to optimize brand volume, revenue growth and market share
• Identity market Insights and opportunities and conducting market and gap analysis to ensure profitability
• Work with different stakeholders and departments to ensure clients’ brands are well represented, marketed and distributed with the networks of the company
• Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts and expenses and ensure efficient usage of resources

Qualifications and Skill set:

• Degree in Business of relevant discipline
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development/account management/marketing
• Experience in FMCG and/or related industry preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with different levels of stakeholders
• Goal driven and self-motivated to deliver results
