GBCSC is looking for an enterprising individual to fill the Executive Director (ED) position. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the ED is responsible for over-seeing the administration, programming and strategic planning activities of GBCSC. This position is 4 days equivalent per week.

Qualifications:

• University degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum 5 years senior experience
• Excellent organizational, supervisory and administrative skills, including strong financial management skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with the board, staff, volunteers and members
