The candidate should have minimum 5 years experience in relevant field for higher secondary or 2 years for diploma holders.

Brief Job Description for the candidate

• To receive purchase requisition from internal customers
• Follow Up for material/service deliveries.
• To prepare comparison statements of received offers
• Discuss the offers with end users and confirm the specification technically.
• To negotiate aggressively with the vendors.
• Prepare LPO / Contract.
• To forward LPO/Contract for higher authority for approval. To forward approved LPO to the supplier / contractor with acknowledgement.
• Send RFQs to Approved vendors
• Sourcing new vendor.
• Vendor Evaluation / Value Analysis.
• To maintain records
