Responsibilities:

• Handle customer incoming calls and / or emails to arrange service orders
• Providing timely responses to requests for information, coordinating orders and services
• Processing billing documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
• Minimum 2 years of working experience
• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese (to handle Chinese speaking clients)
• Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
