Brief Summary of Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Gathering market and customer information and set goals for market share and growth
• Develop and implement appropriate sales and marketing strategies by selecting, segmenting and targeting markets, and promoting products and services to those markets
• Ensure that different marketing strategies, and marketing mixes for different target markets are put in place and continuously revised to cater for the different segments and changing need of customer
• Work on developing new products and market
• Manage distribution channels/supply chains such as shops, wholesalers and overseas customers
• Develop plans for advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling and sales management
• Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;

Qualifications & Experience:
The candidate must have a Degree in Marketing/Management from a recognized tertiary institution with at least 5 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing or in the similar role. Desirable is Post Graduate in Marketing. Excellent sales knowledge, attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential for this role.

Brief Summary of Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Identify and analyse an organisation’s strengths and weaknesses, and respond to opportunities and threats in the marketing environment
• Work on developing new products and work out an approach to pricing
• Make decisions regarding products, such as choosing labels or packaging
• Assist in developing plans for advertising, sales promotion, and public relations

Qualifications & Experience:

The candidate must have a Degree majoring in Marketing or Management and Accounting from a recognized tertiary institution with at least 2 years’ experience in the similar role.
