Currently we are recruiting for the following position:

Post Name: Cashier / Admin Assistant

This position will be based at the Central Distribution site in Karsanji Street, Vatuwaqa and will be reporting to the Sales Administration Supervisor.

The nature of the role includes:

• Managing cash and banking transactions.
• Processing and reconciling daily cash sales.
• Counter Sales and Invoicing.
• Managing customer complaints.
• General Office Administration.
• Manual invoice posting / filling.
• Updating weekly/monthly payroll.
• Tracking of Quality and Safety for the site.

Key skills and attributes required:

• Certificate in Business Studies or
• Diploma in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience in administration or similar role.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
