The Club provides various entertainment regularly along with excellent drinking and dining facilities for our members and guests.

The Gore RSA is looking for the following position to take over the reins of a very successful kitchen. We need a “hands on” leader to continue to develop the kitchen skills and continue on the great name of the Troopers restaurant in the local community.

Our success over the last few years has been built on a combination of great “southern food” cooked consistently, always tasty, and at a competitive price. We are looking for a leader to take control of the kitchen operations, drive success through training, innovation and experience to deliver exceptional food and service. In consultation with the Club Manager, you will be required to create new menus, complete meal costings, ensure Food and Health & Safety procedures are kept up-to-date and conduct staff training.

The successful applicant will be offered an attractive salary to meet the current market. It will be necessary that you reside in Gore or nearby as we are busy most days of the week. The club will also offer the successful applicant relocating costs to assist with any moving expenses.
