Grand Work seeking for Accountant, Executive and Manager

Grand Work hiring for Project Planner and Logistic Coordinator

Grandwork Interior Pte Ltd are a well-established Interior contractor in the process of expanding our business. The company is seeking candidates with the right set of experience and commitment to work together in this expansion plan. We have immediate vacancies for the following positions.

Post Name:- Project Executive (Id)

  •  Report to project Manager on site activities
  • Coordinate workers & sub-cons throughout project period
  • Able to do night work
  • Min 3 years of relevant experience in retail projects

Post Name:- Project Manager (Id)

  •  Oversee all projects activities; lead team from proposal to hand-over stage
  • Ensuring the project is within budget, on schedule & meets quality expectations
  • Minimum 5 year of relevant experience in retail projects

Post Name:- Project Planner

  •  Responsible in developing detailed work plan. Activities and tasks for project and A&A works
  • Prepare schedule using Microsoft Project and incorporate in master plan of client
  • Identify resource needs for manpower, materials and equipment
  • Implement project controls and monitor progress of work
  • Highlight to project team on issues causing delays to project completion
  • To do planning for site works
  • To do site progress audit
  • To liaise with clients regarding site issues
  • Diploma/Degree in Architectural / Building or related studies
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant and site experience.

Post Name:- Accountant

  • Responsible for day-to-day accounting activities
  • Lead monthly financial close process in compliance with groups policies, procedures and timeline and work with regional finance team to fulfill all financial reporting and analysis requirements and reporting to management
  • Prepare financial reports, charts and other presentation exhibits in support of management meetings
  • Responsible for year-end financial audit and working with auditors to meet corporate reporting deadline
  • Provide various ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required to support strategic business initiatives and operations
  • Degree in Accounting, ACCA, CPA or equivalent
  • Relevant experience

Post Name:- Logistic Coordinator

  •  Manage/ensure smooth materials/logistic flow
  • Responsible for planning and scheduling materials and resources to meet the delivery requirements
  • Manage sub-cons and their deliverables
  • Monitor and control production and purchase budget
  • Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistic
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience and skills in problem-solving crisis
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
