Grandwork Interior Singapore hiring Manager, Executive, Surveyor, Drafter

We are a well-established Interior contractor in the process of expanding our business. The company is seeking candidates with the right set of experience and commitment to work together in this expansion plan. We have immediate vacancies for the following positions.

Wanted Manager, Executive, Surveyor, Drafter for Grandwork Interior Singapore

Post Name: Project Manager (ID)

• Oversee all projects activities; lead team from proposal to hand-over stage
• Ensure the project is within budget, on schedule & meets quality expectation
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail projects

Post Name: Project Executive (ID)

• Report to Project Manager on site activities
• Coordinate workers & sub-cons throughout project period
• Able to do nightwork
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail projects

Post Name: Quantity Surveyor

• Obtain & evaluate quotations, negotiations with sub-cons & suppliers
• Prepare variation orders, progress claims, sub-con payments, final account
• Liaise with site personnel, vendors, consultants and/or sub-cons for all project matters
• Responsible for all related administrative and ad-hoc duties
• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field

Post Name: Senior Drafter/Drafter (ID)

• Prepare technical drawings, section and details as per requirement
• Perform drafting and design work
• Ensure all drawings are in accordance with the standards set by company’s quality
• Rectify and update latest drawing in accordance to changes
• Assist a team of junior drafters and perform drawing checks in accordance with client’s requirements (Senior Drafter)
• Able to undertake any other duties assigned
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Required skill: AutoCAD

Post Name: Safety Coordinator

• Conduct daily toolbox meeting
• Ensure Job safety analysis are carried out by all workers
• Assist in conducting safety training
• Rectify all unsafe acts and complaints
• Improve safety acts and policy
• Minimum NITEC/Certification in WSH/BCSS/First Aid Certificate

Post Name: Project Administrator

• To provide client with quotation and to follow up
• To issue purchase order, payment requisition
• Filing of quotation and service report
• Work pass submission
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level

Post Name: Dormitory Assistant

• Supervise and ensure that the hygiene and cleanliness of the dormitory is at an acceptable level according to NEA standard
• Supervise and ensure that workers follow SOP of the dormitory
• Daily inspection of property within the dormitory
• Assist in admin matters, eg. checking in and out of tenants, updating attendance records, attend toolbox meeting
• Guidance to educate workers of in-house rules
• Assist in workers’ medical matters
• Any adhoc duties allocated by Manager
• Able to work independently
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
• Retired Military/Police personnel are welcome to apply
