Post Name: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities : –

• Responsible for the overall planning, management, execution and financial control of the projects to ensure they are completed on time, within the budget and met the quality requirements of the clients.
• Manage & lead the project team
• Coordinate and monitor sub-contractors’ activities on site
• Organise the projects’ resources, machines, plant and equipment, and materials
• Liase with clients, consultants, and authorities on all technical and site issues

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 Year(s) of related working experience
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD
• Ability to lead and motivate the project team
• Good organisational and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Post Name: Safety & Health Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain & supervise safety matter at site
• Monitor workers / sub-contractors’ daily activities
• Perform other duties assigned by Superior

Requirements:

• Candidate shall be an SSS / Yellow book holder
• Minimum 2 years of working experienced construction site. Experience in bored pile work will be an added advantage
• Willing to learn & a good team player
