Hall Contracting is Australia’s largest privately-owned dredging, civil and marine construction company with offices in South East Asia, the Pacific Islands and Australia.

Hall Contracting are currently seeking expressions of interest for an experienced Dredge Master/ Machinery operator. The applicant must have relevant qualifications & a minimum of 10 years recent ongoing proven experience in operating & maintaining the following equipment.

Post Names: Dredge Master / Machinery operator

• Cutter suction Dredges.
• Work Boats/Crew Transfer Vessels.
• Excavators.
• Loaders.
• Bulldozers.

You will also be responsible for,

• All facets of dredging whilst on site
• Maintaining equipment and scheduled major repairs
• Advise the Project Manager of any issues that could prevent the time frames in the project programme from being achieved.
• Engage and input into managing risks associated with each project. Understand the designated risk mitigating measures and ensure they are executed on the project.
• Ensure that dredging methodology is being followed daily. This includes dredging tolerances being achieved and are within lines and levels set out.
