Established in 1999, the Hindu Endowments Board (HEB)-Ashram Halfway House is an Institution of Public Character (IPC) and an ISO certified organisation. It assists in the rehabilitation and reintegration of former substance abusers. The Ashram operates 24/7, housing residents who are placed under its care by the authorities.

Head of Operations Job Vacancy at HEB Hindu Endowments Board Singapore

HEB-Ashram Halfway House is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of:

Post Name: Head of Operations
(HEB-Ashram Halfway House)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of staff to further the Ashram’s mission of rehabilitating and reintegrating residents back into society
• Formulate strategies for effective implementation of the various rehabilitation and reintegration programmes
• Establish good rapport and sustain lasting relationships with community partner organisations
• Facilitate staff development and growth

Attributes and Qualifications:

• Driven and passionate Individual with empathy
• Understanding of the eco-system within which the Ashram operates
• Good communications skills
• Experience in senior management / leadership positions in the course of your career thus far
• Preferably holds a Bachelor’s Degree
• Relevant qualifications and experience in fields such as Social Work, Psychology and/or Counseling would be an advantage
