Hillview Hotel and Villas, Position exists for a Hotel General Manager with a reputable track record of managing both the revenue and cost elements of the Hotel for the newly renovated 51 rooms at the Hill view Hotel & Villas situated along the Nadi back road 15mins from Nadi Town and 7 mins from Nadi International Airport.

Post Name: Hotel General Manager

Key responsibilities are;

• Overall operation of the day-to-day business and maintaining a smooth and efficient work environment.
• Effectively planning, delegating, and coordinating staffs on different areas of the Hotel.
• Generally and effectively able to attain desirable profit making skills for the Organization.

Qualifications are;

1. Minimum of 5 years on the position or similar
2. Minimum of 3 years managing a Hotel of such size or similar
3. Must be well versed with today’s Tourism Market and trends. In the sense to be aware of the influx of tourist at any point of time in the year in terms of marketing.
4. Must be fluent with English (writing and speech skills as well)
5. Must have experience in dealing with multinationals and foreigners in a respectable and mannered approach.
