Post Name:- IT Officer

The successful applicant will report directly to the Office Manager and is primarily responsible for looking at the IT operations of the company.

Duties & Responsibilities:-

•  Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications,
•  Monitor and maintain computer, network, CCTV and audio-video systems.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or network faults.
• Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
• Respond within agreed time limits to issues logged in helpdesk.
• Test and evaluate new technology.
• Attend to all IT matters as and when required.

Requirements:-

• Tertiary qualification in IT with at least 2 years work experience in an IT environment
• Advanced Troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication Skills and flexibility to work after hours.
• Ability to work in team-orientated environment
