There are openings available at our Suva office for (1) Senior and (1) Intermediate Draftsmen and (1) Senior and (1) Intermediate Civil/Structural Technicians. We are looking to urgently fill these positions. The perfect candidate will showcase:

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant levels of drafting experience.
• The suitable candidate will be required to report directly to Engineers and ultimately to the Officer Manager
• Ability to directly liaise with project design consultants including but not limited to coordination of documentation, review of structural shop drawings, compilation of tender and construction documentations.
• Ability to independently carry out structural inspections / supervision.
• The suitable candidate is expected to work independently with very minimum supervision to meet deliverables.
• Demonstrated experience in team management.
• Experience at working both independently and in team-oriented, collaborative environment essential.
• Ability to work with shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical & problem-solving capabilities.
• Skills in persuasion, encouragement, and motivation.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in similar field for Senior Role
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar field for Intermediate Role
• Having a Full Driver’s License would be beneficial.

Qualification:
Formal qualification of Diploma/Adv. Diploma in Civil Engineering or similar.
