Position 1: Production Supervisor

Job Responsibilities/Requirements

• Assist the Production Manager in the day-to-day operations of the production lines
• Plans and coordinates the work flow on the production lines to achieve production targets according to agreed schedules and quality standards
• Troubleshoots production problems which may rise and assisting the Production Manager in planning new project work such as positioning of new production lines or machinery
• Establish work standards / work flow to comply to stipulate and safety requirements
• Trains, motivates and guides subordinates, maintains discipline among the operatives and provides input to their performance appraisals
• 5 years’ experience in metal stamping industry / progressive tooling
• Well verse in MS Office

Position 2: Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities/Requirements

• Plan projects, establish project criteria and ensure proper implementation of project
• Determine project specifications by studying design, requirements and performance standards
• Complete technical studies and prepare cost estimates
• Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinate activities and resolving problems
• Prepares project status reports
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, safety rules during project execution
• Work with Production and Technical Improvements to implement process improvements and / or cost saving activities

Position 3: Production Technician

Job Responsibilities/Requirements

• Responsible for quality, quantity and yield targets
• Involvement in troubleshooting of production and quality issues at department
• Operates and maintains the coating process
• Perform machinery / equipment periodic maintenance
• Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical, ITE and above or equivalent qualifications

Position 4: Operators

Job Responsibilities/Requirements

• Minimum Secondary education
• No experience is required
• Operates and maintains the press machine according to instructions and schedule
• Checking of Products against Standard

General requirements for Posts 1 to 4:
Shift work is required / Alternate 6 working days / Rotating Shift / Fixed Shift
