Infoline LLC wanted Customer Value Management and Development

Infoline LLC is catering to Information Technology and Outsourcing needs of the companies across all verticals.
Currently we are looking for efficient Omani candidates with the following skills.

Post Name:- Customer Value Management (CVM) – Data Miner (Omanis)

Job Responsibility:-

  •  Develop Segmentation / predictive models as per CVM roadmap
  • Design & execute revenue stimulation & retention campaigns
  • Work on Cognos tool for automation of reports
  • Work on SPSS miner or R to deliver segmentation & predictive models
  • Reporting and Analysis on CVM & ATL campaigns
  • Ad-hoc data extraction for campaigns and analysis
  • Pre & Post Analysis on CVM Campaigns

Education and Experience:-

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • 5 years of total experience. Years of experience in IT/BI & CVM
  • Hands on experience on Cognos & Campaign Management System
  • Excellent on SQL, PLSQL
  • Hands on experience on customer micro segmentation

Post Name:- CVM – Customer Value Development (Omanis)

Job Responsibility:-

  •  Performance analysis on base from usage enhancement & retention perspective
  • Identity opportunities to enhance usage of subscribers
  • Identity opportunities to retain subscribers
  • Preparing product concept note / approval note
  • Preparing product specification
  • Preparing communication plan
  • Post campaign evaluation

Education and Experience:-

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • 5 years of total experience in BTL campaigns design, business case & analysis
  • Ability to see through data to identify opportunities
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent understanding on commercial KPIs
  • SQL experience is preferred
