Post Name:- General Manager – Strategy and Business Development Reporting to: CEO

Main Roles & Responsibilities:-:

• Develop and execute strategies
• Identify business opportunities and lead business development associates
• Reviewing current market trends and proposing new business ideas
• Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities
• Search and identify potential customers
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Collect and process information from market
• Coordinating with company executives, sales and marketing professionals

Skills & Knowledge:-:

• Depth knowledge of latest business trend and technology of the business
• Developing and executing strategy
• Developing short term business plan
• Develop and Execute Marketing plan
• Excellent skills in communication and negotiation

Experience:-:

• Minimum 10 year’s experience in Strategy and business development in BPO, CX, Outsourcing and Emerging Technology
• Understand the business trend globally
• Working experience in local / regional market
