Post Name:- Sales Executive

Locations:- (2 Positions: Miri & Kuching)

•  Possess a Degree / Diploma in Sales Qualification or equivalent
• At least 2 years and above working experience in PROPERTY sales.
• Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in property sales will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work on weekends and/ or public holidays and/ or travel (Road shows).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, sales skills, presentation skills and negotiation skills.
• Able to liaise effectively with relevant authorities and consultants.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, dynamic, communicative and client-oriented.
• This is a High Incentive / Commission Basis job position.

Post Name:- M & E Supervisor

Location:- (1 Position: Based in Kuching)

•  Minimum 5 years’ experience in M & E field.
• Experience in high rise construction project
• To supervise and coordinate day to day works by M & E contractors at construction site.
• Responsible for checking and inspecting site works to ensure compliance to Consultant drawings and specifications.
• To monitor and report daily site work progress and expedite job completion.
• Involve in coordination on-site on all M & E installations / testing & commissioning.
• Liaise with relevant consultant / contractors on related work issues.
