We are now seeking an outstanding Human Resources professional with extensive school experience to lead the HR portfolio.

Post Name:- Director of Human Resources

Reporting directly to the Principal and working closely with the leadership team, the Director of HR guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies and programs for the School.

Experience, expertise and personal attributes:-

•  An experienced and capable leader who is inspired by this opportunity to contribute significantly to a culture that emphasises high performance and continuous improvement in accordance with the School’s strategic plan
• Deep knowledge and understanding of NSW teacher accreditation, Work, Health and Safety and employment related legislation as they relate to the independent school context

• A life-long learner and role model of professional behaviour
• Postgraduate qualifications in human resources and/or educational administration and leadership
• Extensive experience in schools is highly desirable.
