Intuitive Systems hiring for Manager, Java Developer and Business Analyst

Post Name: Technical Manager (to be based in Kuching, Sibu & Bintulu Sarawak)
Responsibilities:

• Managing of technical teams across the whole project development life cycle.
• Project Management of development life cycle, including testing, deployment & support.
• Provide human resource development and update technical insight to upper management.
• Establish technical requirements and provide architectural design.
• Conduct regular status meetings with all necessary stakeholders.
  Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Evidence of continuing education, such as certifications, a plus.
• Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in Software Development.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Management.
• Must have experience in SQL database management and Object-Oriented development on Java and Android platforms. Experience in Bl design and development, a plus
• Domain knowledge in ERP development for Oil Palm Plantation a plus.
• Exceptional communication and reporting skills.
• Outstanding leadership’s skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively
  Post Name: Java Developer (to be based in Kuching, Sibu & Bintulu Sarawak)
  Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, implement and maintain application software working with established processes.
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specification.
• Prepare and produce releases of software components.
• Continuous R&D, investigating alternatives and technologies. Experience on open-source technologies, a plus.
• Integrate applications with network systems, servers and databases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issue on existing application.
• Prepare technical specification document.
• Provide technical support and consultation to support teams.
  Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• Evidence of continuing education, such as certifications, a plus.
• Must have at least 2 years of working experience in programming.
• Required skills: Java, Android, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, Junit, SVN and SQL database management.
• Knowledge of Object Oriented Design, web and apps user interface design.
• Domain knowledge in ERP development for Oil Palm Plantation, a plus.
  Post Name: Business Analyst (to be based in Kuching, Sibu & Bintulu Sarawak)
  Responsibilities:

• Define business requirements and develop BPM.
• Create functional specification in use cases.
• Coordinate requirement walk through and sign off.
• Conducting effective interview to stakeholder & end users.
• Conducting effective reviews and working with development teams.
• Continuing improve and update functional specification.
• Support requirements and change management by identifying areas of impact.
• Constantly improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.
• Conduct user acceptance test for new program release.
  Requirements:

• Possess at least a Degree or professional qualification in Information System, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experiences.
• Computer literate and experience in using ERP software.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Malay
• Good communication & presentation skills.
• Knowledge in Use Case and BPM tools, a plus.
• Domain knowledge in ERP development for Oil Palm Plantation, a plus
  Intuitive Systems  Post Name: Business Consultant (to be based in Kuching, Sibu & Bintulu Sarawak)
  Responsibilities:

• Provide support to end users on our software systems.
• Involve in configuration, support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and backup / recovery functions for server, database unit and application unit.
• Manage customer expectations as per the service level agreement (SLA).
• Co-ordinate system updates and versions release. Conduct User Acceptance Test for new version release.
• Conduct user training and on site implementation.
• Produce and continuous update user manual.
  Requirements:

• Possess at least a Degree or professional qualification in IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experiences.
• Good interpersonal and customer care skills.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good presentation and training skills.
• Knowledge in SQL. Experience in database management such as SQL scheduler, database synchronization & replication, a plus.
• Domain knowledge in ERP development for Oil Palm Plantation, a plus.
  Post Name: Admin Cum Account Officer (to be based to Sibu Sarawak)
  Responsibilities:

• To perform a variety of general administrative task.
• To manage phone calls and correspondence.
• Prepare Monthly Payroll, and meet statutory requirements.
• Staff administration.
• Purchasing administration.
• Prepare quotation to customer.
• Perform basic accounting entry, billing processing and collection follow up.
• Assist in Audit process.
  Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Computer literature, knowledge in Microsoft office, Word & Excel is needed
• Candidate with administrative experience will be considered.
• Able to work under minimum supervision
