Architect, Inspector of Works, BIM Modeller Immediate Job Vacancy at Jabatan Tenaga Kerja Sarawak

We are hiring

Post Name: Resident Architect-2 post
Location: (Outside Kuching / Peninsular Malaysia)

• Must possess recognized Degree in Architecture, Registered CIDB and LAM.
• Part II qualification (Architecture) with 5 years minimum related working experience.
• Potential candidate must be able to operate Autocad, Microsoft Project. PowerPoint, Excel, ArchiCAD/ Revit.
• Will be expected to do daily reporting in excel format, weekly reporting and monthly reporting.

Post Name: Inspector of Works (see below)
Location: (Outside Kuching / Peninsular Malaysia)

• Arch-5 posts,Civil-3 posts,Strcl-3 posts, Mech-3 Posts, Elect-3 Posts
• LAM/ BEM/ CIDB accreditated I.O.W is preferred.
• Must possess minimum certificate qualification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with two (2) to Five (5) years minimum related working experience.
• Potential candidate must be able to operate ArchiCad (Revit), Autocad, PowerPoint, Excel.

Post Name: BIM Modeller (Archicad) – 5 posts
Location: (Kuching)

• Minimum certificate in Architecture/ Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge on usage of Archcad, Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D for drawing and model coordination, other BIM software.

Post Name: Senior Architect -1 post
Location: (Kuching)

• LAM PART 3 is preferred. Minimum requirement Part 2, with 10 years working experience.
• Knowledgeable on JKR MALAYSIA contract, JKR Sarawak contract.
• Knowledgeable on Statutory Processes and Construction.
• Project Management skills, Design skill, Working Drawing knowledge, report writing and minutes of meeting skills are required.
• Responsive outside office hours.

Post Name: Architect/ Assistant Architect -1 post
Location: (Kuching)

• Must possess recognized Degree in Architecture/ Part II and/or above qualification (Architecture).
• Competent in AutoCAD, ArchiCad, 3D renderings software, MS Office, PowerPoint, Photoshop.
• Able to work independently and to report to the Director or Supervising Architect.

For all positions:-

• Offer is subject to passing medical check up, and having no criminal records.
• Able to work long hours & proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Pro-active and able to work in teams / independently in a multi-racial environment.
• Must be able to travel nationwide on short notice.
• Must possess own transports and accommodations.
