Post Name: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a Senior Management Executive role, responsible for the Hospital’s overall administrative and operational functions of the Hospital and its entities. The COO is responsible in executing the Hospital’s corporate management strategies and policies, resource and people management and inculcate a culture of continuous improvement and provision of safe and efficient services for patients.

Post Name: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a Senior Management Executive role, responsible for the Hospital’s overall fiscal management and financial operations in ensuring long term financial stability for the Hospital and its entities. As CFO, the role encompasses the full scope of the Hospitals core financial functions as the Hospital’s Strategic Partner and Advisor for Corporate Business Development, Accounting, Business Services, Cost and Financial Management.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Hospital Management

• As one of the key Senior Management leaders in the Hospital, this role reports to the Hospital’s Executive Management, and will be required to work closely with the Hospital’s various stakeholders, partners, agencies/ministries, industry leaders, clients and employees.
• The CFO acts as a key strategic partner and advisor in the Hospital’s fiscal health and will be responsible in directing, and managing the company’s overall financial risks and health.

Hospital Corporate Strategies:
Devices, implement and manages effective financial, costing and business strategies for the Hospital and its entities, monitoring market conditions and hospital performance to ensure fiscal responsibilities are in line with corporate objectives.

Hospital Financial Management & Business Development:

• Assumes lead role in analyzing and reducing Hospital operating costs and devising cost management strategies to ensure strong and stable financial standing of the Hospital.
• Assumes a lead role in analyzing and exploring means of increasing revenues based on knowledge of market trends, financial reports and operating procedures.

Hospital Financial Operations:

• Assist in the development of long and short range Hospital operations plans that may include service demand analyses, resources availability and cost benefit analyses of proposed capital and other Hospital business expansions.
• Directs the preparation of internal financial reports including work papers for annual financial audits and other regulated financial reporting (such as to parent company or investors).
