Senior Account Cleaner Showroom Assistant Job Vacancies at Justlight Lighting

Post Name: 1. Senior Account – Batu Kawa, Kuching

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting fields
• Able to handle full sets of account for several company
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations of accounts payable and receivable
• Able to work independently
• Prepare periodic financial and management reports
• Ensure proper tax compliance including tax submissions, tax estimation and tax payment
• Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, coordinating with various departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with management to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Process employee payroll, ensuring accurate calculations of wages, taxes and deductions.

Post Name: 2. Showroom Assistant – Batu Kawa, Kuching

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom, providing information about products, prices, and promotions.
• Answer customer inquiries, address concerns, and guide them through the selection process.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Assist in maintaining an appealing and organized showroom layout by arranging products in an attractive manner.
• Ensure products are properly labeled with accurate pricing and relevant information
