Chief Manager/ Senior Project Manager / Project Manager

Job Description: Coordinating with cross-discipline team members. Identifying and developing new opportunities. Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables. Managing customer satisfaction. Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements. Resolve project issues. Ensuring project deliverables adhere to quality standards. Establishing effective project execution plans and ensuring their execution.

Requirement: A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in civil / Structural / Mechanical & Electrical Engineering. 15-year experience in project management. Experience overseeing a construction project. Budget management experience. Able to complete projects in a timely manner.

Project Planning & Coordinator

Job Description: Help develop goals & objectives. Formulating Strategies, involving performance, Resourcing and Securing compliance. Work with field personnel to handle project issues as they arise. Build a strong team by cultivating relationships between each crew and illustrating how individual team members affect the success of the entire project.

Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Civil Engineer. At least 10 years working experience in related field. Able to co-ordinate with client, sub-contractor, consultant, supplier & related parties and able to converse & write in English.

Job Description: Collaborating with other managers to determine supply needs. Purchasing supplies and materials according to specifications. Supervise and coordinate receipt and issue of material. Control inventory levels and ensure availability of material.

Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Arts, Commerce or Diploma in Materials Management or equivalent. At least 7 years working experience in related field. Experience in supply chain and inventory control. Able to converse & write in English.

Job Description: Attend site & monthly meeting, presentation of work program, work progress report & etc. Responsible for the project or works compliance with QA/QC & drawings requirements. Responsible for overall progress, site technical and engineering matter & quality monitoring. Other ad-hock tasks assigned when necessary.

Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in electrical/civil engineering or equivalent. At least 7 years working experience in related field. Able to coordinate with client, sub-contractor, consultant, supplier & related parties and able to converse & write in English.

Officer – Surveyor

Job Description: Using survey equipment inducing Total Station & GPS. Performing mathematical calculations to determine and confirm surveying measurements. Marking boundaries and reference points. Analysing data using plans, maps, charts, and software such as AutoCAD. Presenting data to clients and preparing reports and other relevant information.

Requirement: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in surveying or a related field. At least 7 years of work experience. Experience using hand surveying tools, GPS, Total Station, Working knowledge of software such as AutoCAD.

Officer -Material /Stores

Job Description: Maintaining records on SAP. Prepare timely, professional and accurate reporting and analysis. Support senior regional financial management. Building relationships with several key stakeholders, both finance and non-finance. Provide reporting, analysis and financial support multi divisional. Documentations, Payroll processing.

Requirement: Degree in related field. At least 7 years of work experience. Strong commercial awareness with excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent IT skills- previous SAP experience would be an advantage. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Salary: (1) RM 10000-13000 per month; (2) & (3) RM 5000 per month; (4) RM4100 per month (6) RM3200 per month (5), (7) & (6) RM3000 per months
