Post Name: Operation Manager

Prerequisites:
Excellent revenue management skills with experience of budgets, P&L’s and forecasting. Working with colleagues to share skills, knowledge, resources and networks. Highly focused, have excellent communication skills, be motivated and professional in appearance and presentation.

Education:
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset or Graduates bachelor degree and/or diploma in hotel or other related field. Computer Knowledge, MS office. Experience in Property Management Software’s, Revenue Management Systems desired.

Experience:
Minimum 3 to 4 years work experience in a 3 to 5 Star Hotel as a Deputy Manager, Asst. Operations Manager or Hotel Manager.

Prerequisites:
The ideal candidate is a seasoned and highly intelligent hotel professional with outstanding, management skills and extensive hands-on experience. Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.

Education:
A university degree in hotel management or a related field with Experience in opening, managing or re-positioning a hotel with dear track record. Excellent computer system skills.

Experience:
At least 15 to 20 years experience in the hospitality industry with significant luxury and international experience, ideally including experience in remote locations.

  • Requirements and skills
  • Ability to lead in all areas of the galley inducing buffets, production, alternative restaurants and main galleys
  • Flexibility to work any shift in any area of responsibility without notice
  • Strong knowledge of herbs, spices, flavorings
  • Works with Executive Chef in manpower planning and management needs
  • Assist in the management of Kitchen Operations in a single food & beverage outlet or a shift, or section of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and costing, organizing special events, developing new dishes, maintaining food quality standards and comprehensive product knowledge
  • Mandarin Chinese is essential for this job and Chinese experience is preferred
