Kents Hill and Monkston Parish Council is seeking a pro-active and highly motivated person to promote the interests of the community in all aspects of Council business.

Post Names:

* Responsible Financial Officer (RFO)
Job Descriptions:
– Up to 120 hours per month (leading to full-time): Working from home (leading to office location); Salary on NJC LC2 scale (£23K-£33K), pro rata and depending on experience; LGPS Pension scheme starting with 21 days holiday (pro rata part-time).
– The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude, combined with strong financial management and organizational skills. Able to work on their own initiative.
– Local knowledge and previous experience in local government would be preferable however; a willingness to undertake training towards the Certificate in Local Council Administration (CiLCA) is expected.
