Post name: Mill Maintenance Engineer – (Cleanliness and Safety)
Job Descriptions;

• To assist the Mill Manager on the day to day mill operation, troubleshooting and control and maintenance’s of mill.
• To lead the mill maintenance’s in mechanical and electrical as well, by planning, scheduling, implementing, reviewing and improving maintenance’s programs
• Analyze mill and machineries breakdown and propose rectification works that reduce downtime, cost effective and maximize up time.
• Prepare and record monthly maintenance activities report inclusive of maintenance cost
• Prepare the detailed maintenance card for the all the machineries in mill
• To plan, organize, coordinate, manage and maintain sufficient maintenance manpower to ensure minimum downtime
• Make sure the cleanliness of all the machineries and mill all the time
• Identify the hazard of each machineries and take necessary action to prevent any accidents
• Ensure the safety of machineries and mill employees
