Manager, Supervisor, Surveyor, Mechanic, Operator job offer at Kimlun Sdn Bhd

Applications are invited for local citizens for the post of:

Post Name: Construction & Assistant Construction Manager (RM7,000 – 11,500 per month)

Attend/organize site meetings, liaise with subcontractors, clients, consultants. Assign duties of subordinates and assist site personnel in their daily activities.

Post Name: Supervisor (Senior & Safety & Health) (RM3,000 – 9,000.00 per month)

• Resolve technical matters, prepare Site Meeting Reports. Conduct Monthly Site Valuation with subcontractors and site personnel.
• Enforce supervision, discipline, and work ethics for site personnel in safety, health, and environmental matters.

Post Name: Land Surveyor (RM7,000 – 8,000.00 per month)
Has to conduct site surveying activities as requested by respective superior

Post Name: Senior QS (RM9,000- 10,000.00 per month)
Take off quantity and prepare a bill of quantity from the tender drawing. Prepare and submit monthly progress claims and project final accounts.

Post Name: Mechanic, Fordson & Excavator Operator (RM3,000 – 5,000.00 per month)

• Construction equipment mechanics repair and service machines.
• Installation of equipment and perform periodic tests and repairs.
• Operating plant to excavate and move earth and rock and then smooth and compact surfaces.

Qualification: Degree or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related field
Other benefits: Lodging, Electricity & Water free of charge
