Kokomo Private Island Resort Fiji is seeking an experienced and qualified Project Manager at Fiji.

Requirements:

• Well versed with both International and local integrated resort construction.
• Performance driven senior executive with comprehensive achievement record across multiple property constructions, hotel development, airstrip, and related aviation facility.
• Possess innovative and inspirational leadership with excellent communication skills together with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Must be personable and able to communicate across multiple nationalities.
• Possess building & construction engineering qualification
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in this field.

Position Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities of the Project Manager include, but are not limited to:

• Make feasible plans that achieve goals and objectives of the projects aligning with Kokomo’s overall strategy.
• Assemble and lead project teams.
• Define, schedule and accurately estimate the task duration to develop and maintain a realistic schedule.
• Estimating the proper funding for the project and keeping the construction of the project within budget.
• Deliver to project owner what is expected or better; with satisfactory results.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, senior management, medium management and line staff.
• Able to command respect and loyalty of team members.
• Manage issues and risks.
• Monitor progress, report and document with team and stakeholders.

Prerequisites:

The ideal candidate is a seasoned and highly intelligent professional with outstanding, management skills and extensive hands-on experience. Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
