KTS Group Post Name: A.Project Officer/ Executive (Forest Certification)
Location: (To be based in Kuching)
The Responsibilities:
* Assist in developing standard operating procedure and various level of documentation in accordance with forest certification requirements.
* Assist in planning and implementing programme to measure the achievement of the objective and target set for Quality Management System (ISO 9001), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and Sustainable Forest Management Certification (Malaysian Criteria and Indicators).
* Self-motivated to realize applicable law such as Forest Ordinance and Guidelines, Forest Rules and Sarawak Timber Legality Verification System.
* Coordinate with forest operation management to ensure compliance with related legal requirements.
* Conduct internal audit in accordance with certification requirements.
Post Name: B.Project Officer/ Executive (Oil Palm Certification)
The Responsibilities:
* Assist in developing standard operating procedure and various level of documentation in accordance with Malaysian
Sustainable Palm Oil (MSPO) Certification.
* Assist in planning and implementing programme to measure MSPO certification requirements.
* Self-motivated to realize applicable law such as MPOB’s Guidelines.
* Coordinate with oil palm operators to ensure compliance with related legal requirements.
* Conduct internal audit in accordance with certification requirements.
Post Name: C.Plantation Officer / Executive
The Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and be responsible in forest and plantation operation.
* Prepare report and ensure the quality of silvicultural work done by contractor.
* Monitor and coordinate on the Research and Development (R & D) work.
* Inspect, maintain, update and reconcile all operation records including database.
* Ensure the ground operation is in accordance to the standard requirement and planned schedule.
* Prepare monthly performance and status report on both forest and plantation operation.
* Assist in administration work.

Candidates for position A, B & C above, should possess the following requirements:
* Degree in Forestry Science/ Agriculture Science or equivalent, preference will be given to those with 3 years of working experience in related certification/field. However, fresh graduates without related working experience may also apply as training will be provided.
* Able to write and communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
* Good in interpersonal skills.
* Matured and able to work independently.
* Computer literate (MS Office).
* Willing and able to travel on tight work schedule.
