Post Name: Architect

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture (Part 1 LAM recognized or equivalent), preferably with 2 years’ relevant architectural work experience.
• Competent with design software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Vray or Lumion, Adobe Photoshop and etc
• Able to conduct feasibility studies; prepare design proposal/report and architectural drawings.
• Good knowledge in design development, detailing and construction practices.
• Able to liaise with clients’ representatives and consultants for meeting the project objectives.
• Able to participate in project meeting, plan and coordinate construction work.
• Good in communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Detail-oriented, matured, self-motivated and able to meet tight work schedules and deadlines.
• Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Willing to travel occasionally

• Degree in Design Engineering, Construction Architectural Technology or equivalent, preferably with 2 years’ working experience in the related field.
• Competent with drafting and design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign
• Able to coordinate with engineers to ensure design intent is correctly implemented.
• Able to participate in project meeting, plan and coordinate construction work.
• Able to produce layout drawings according to project specifications and standards.
• Good in communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Detail-oriented, matured, self-motivated and able to meet tight work schedules and deadlines. Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Willing to travel occasionally.
