• To oversee the order of the various types of spices & food ingredients, vegetables, seafood & meats.
• To supervise and attend to the daily overall functioning of the workers.
• To monitor / ensure the dishes & cuisines ordered are up to customers’ satisfaction.
• To relate to Company order & sales department.
• Must have at least 5 years experiences in preparing Chinese cuisines & local dishes.
