Post Name: Experienced Department Supervisor (Perfume)
Location: London Luton Airport Luton
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (5 on 2 off including weekend work and shift cover.
Experience: Minimum 3 years
As an experienced Perfume Department Supervisor you will.

• Achieve your department sales budget on a monthly basis
• Stock levels are kept within budget and best selling lines are maximized
• Manage shrink targets in line with company levels
• Fully deliver all Company initiatives i.e. Oscar
• Communicate promotions and how to maximize sales
• Manage staffing
