Accountant, Executive, Assistant Job Openings at LAKU Management Sdn Bhd Miri Malaysia

We invite highly enthusiastic and motivated individuals to fill in the following positions:

Position 1: Financial Accounting Executive / Accountant – Corporate Office, Miri

The Job
Reporting to the Senior Manager Finance, Information and Communication Technology, the Incumbent will be responsible for managing and the reporting of financial information of the Company.

Qualification / Requirements

  1. Possess Degree in Accountancy / A CCA.
  2. A member of Professional Accounting body will be an added advantage.
  3. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  4. Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts.
  5. Well versed in the latest accounting standards and relevant tax laws.

Position 2: Software Executive – Corporate Office, Miri

The Job
Reporting to the Information and Communication Technology Executive, the Incumbent will be responsible to manage the information technology needs and systems, including implementing database and network designs, installing and upgrading software, ensuring systems security and troubleshooting computer.

Qualification / Requirements

  1. Possess Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
  2. Minimum 5 years experiences in relevant field
  3. Proficiency with the Python, HTML, SQL programming language
  4. Experience developing mobile and web applications.
  5. Thorough understanding of software structures, hardware, computing systems and how to integrate them.

Position 3: Procurement Assistant – Corporate Office, Miri

The Job
Reporting to the Contract Executive, the Incumbent will be responsible to provide administrative support such as monitoring current inventory, ordering supplies, and scheduling deliveries.

Qualification / Requirements

  1. Minimum with completed Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia.
  2. Able to write and communicate in simple English.
  3. Computer literate in email system and Microsoft Office will be an added advantage
  4. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  5. Responsible, independent and able to work under minimum supervision.

Position 4: Contract Assistant – Corporate Office, Miri

The Job
Reporting to the Contract Executive, the Incumbent will be responsible in providing administrative support such as prepare, maintain, and administer contract documents according to policies and regulations.

Qualification / Requirements

  1. Minimum with completed Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia.
  2. Able to write and communicate in simple English.
  3. Computer literate in email system and Microsoft Office will be an added advantage
  4. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  5. Responsible, independent and able to work under minimum supervision.

Position 5: Personal Assistants – Corporate Office & Miri Area Office

The Job
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer / Senior Managers / Area Manager, the Incumbent will be responsible for secretarial duties such as daily management of meetings, correspondence and note-taking.

Qualification / Requirements

  1. Possess Diploma in Private Secretary or equivalent
  2. Analytical and good interpersonal skills.
  3. Able to write and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  4. Pleasant personalities, good communication skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels.
  5. Computer literate.
  6. Minimum 5 years experiences in relevant field.
  7. Knowledge in filing system management.
  8. Mature and the ability to work independently.

Position 6: Water Quality Control Executive – Miri Area Office

The Job
Reporting to the Area Manager, the Incumbent will be responsible for monitoring of raw and potable water in Miri.

Qualification / Requirements

  1. Possess Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or related Science disciplines.
  2. Analytical and good interpersonal skills.
  3. Able to write and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  4. Familiar with ISO 9001 requirements, policies and procedures will be an added advantage
  5. Computer literate.
  6. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Position 7: Enforcement AssistantMiri Area Office

The Job
Reporting to the Enforcement Officer, the Incumbent will be responsible for enforcement related matters and water supply related offences.

Qualification / Requirements

  1. Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with good grades in English and
    Bahasa Malaysia
  2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Computer literate.
  4. Has own transport and valid class D driving license.
  5. Willing to work at odd hours.
  6. Knowledge in the Water Supply Regulations and Water Supply Ordinance are added advantages.
