LAKU Management Sdn Bhd is recruiting Administration Assistant Technician

LAKU Management Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned company of the State Government of Sarawak was incorporated on 7 June 1995. The company entered into a twenty-five year concession agreement with the State Government for the production, distribution of potable water and collection of water revenue in the 3 Northern urban townships of Miri, Bintulu and Limbang in Sarawak. It commenced operation on 1 January 1996, taking over the above responsibilities from Jabatan Kerja Raya.

Job Requirement for Administration Assistant Technician at LAKU Management Sdn Bhd

We are a potable water supply company responsible for the production and distribution of potable water in the urban areas of Miri, Bintulu, Limbang and Samalaju. We invite highly enthusiastic and motivated individuals to fill in the following positions:

Post Name: Financial Accounting Assistant – Corporate Office (Miri) and Limbang
The Job:
Reporting to the Financial Accounting Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for providing accounting and clerical support to the Financial and Management Accounting.
Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent with credit in Mathematics
  • Basic book keeping certificate.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in the same field will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of accounting system
  • Able to write and communicate in English or/and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.

Post Name: Administration Assistant – Limbang
The Job:
Reporting to the Area Employee Support & Administration Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for providing clerical support and perform day to day general administration task.
Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with good grades in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least of 2 years working experience in a clerical position.
  • Familiar with office administration, including filing and record management system.
  • Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft office software (Word & Excel)
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.

Post Name: Maintenance Technician – Limbang
The Job:
Reporting to the Distribution Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for providing clerical support and perform day to day general administration task.
Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possesses own transport and class D driving license.
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft office software (Word & Excel).
  • Knowledge in Engineering software such as AutoCAD will be an advantage.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Able to work at odd hours.
