The company entered into a twenty-five-year concession agreement with the State Government for the production, distribution of potable water, and collection of water revenue in the 3 Northern urban townships of Miri, Bintulu, and Limbang in Sarawak. It commenced operation on 1 January 1996, taking over the above responsibilities from Jabatan Kerja Raya.

Post Name: Administration Assistant – Corporate Office, Miri

The Job of Administration Assistant
Reporting to the Human Resource Executive, the incumbent will be responsible for providing clerical support and perform day to day general administration task.

Administration Assistant Requirements

1. Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with good grades in English and Bahasa Malaysia
2. At least 2 years of working experience in a clerical position.
3. Familiar with office administration including filing and record management system
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills
5. Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office software (Word & Excel)
6. Able to work with minimum supervision.

Post Name: Transport Assistant (Driver) – Corporate Office, Miri

The Job of Transport Assistant
The incumbent will be responsible to drive the company’s vehicle for official and business travel as directed

Transport Assistant Requirements

1. Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with good grades in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
2. At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
3. Has valid class B2 and D driving license
4. Has basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles
5. Able to handle vehicle competently and adopt safe defensive driving skills.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Physically healthy and willing to work overtime on weekends and public holidays

The Job of Enforcement Assistant
Reporting to the Enforcement Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for enforcement related matters and water supply related offenses

Enforcement Assistant Requirements

1. Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with good grades in English and Bahasa Malaysia
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Computer literate
4. Has own transport and valid class D driving license
5. Willing to work at odd hours.
6. Knowledge in the Water Supply Regulations and Water Supply Ordinance have added advantages.

Post Name: Production Operator – Bintulu Area Office

The Job of Production Operator
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for the monitoring of the water treatment process and other related works in the Water Treatment Plant

Production Operator Requirements:

1. SPM with credit in both Mathematics and Science
2. Good communication skills. Able to communicate in local dialects will be added advantage
3. Knowledge in water treatment processes, water sampling, and laboratory analysis work are added advantages
4. Computer literate
5. Willing to work on shift
6. Able to prepare a simple report

Post Name: Maintenance Technician – Bintulu Area Office

The Job of Maintenance Technician
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the incumbent win be responsible for water pipe repairs and other related works on water supply.

Maintenance Technician Requirements

1. SPM with credit in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Science.
2. Base knowledge in the main laying. plumbing and pipe-fitting are added advantages
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Computer literate
5. Has own transport and valid class B2 and D driving license
6. Willing to work at odd hours.
