Position 1: General Support StaffMiri

The Job

Reporting to the Production Executive, the Incumbent will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness at Lambir Water Treatment Plant

Qualification / Requirements

  1. Minimum with completed Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia.
  2. Experience forklift driving with approved license.
  3. Pleasant, honest and responsible personality.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Position 2: Customer Service AssistantLimbang

The Job
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the Incumbent is to man the Customer Service Counter, handing to consumer’s report / complaint / request and other related activities.

Qualification / Requirements

  1. Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia with credit in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mathematics.
  2. Good command at spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to communicate in local dialect would be an added advantage.
  3. Computer literate in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  4. Minimum 2 years experiences in relevant field.
  5. Possess own transport and has a valid D & B2 driving license.

Position 3: Customer Service TechnicianLimbang

The Job
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the Incumbent is to carry out disconnection / reconnection of water supply, to change faulty meter, to investigate consumer’s complaint / request and other related activities

Qualification / Requirements

  1. Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia with credit in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mathematics.
  2. Good command in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English Ability to communicate in local dialect would be an added advantage
  3. Basic knowledge on pipe – fitting and plumbing works will be an added advantage
  4. Computer literate in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  5. Willing to work at odd hours.
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Possess own transport and has a valid D & B2 driving license.

Remuneration shall commensurate with qualification and experience.
