The Job:
The incumbent shall act as the Company Secretary and Legal Advisor to the Board of Directors and the Company. He/she is responsible to organize advice and maintain records of all Board meeting and ensure that the company complies with relevant legislation and regulation on all business matters.

Qualification / Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in law or equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in company secretariat and legal works.
3. Preferably registered with Malaysian Bar or relevant authorities.
4. Registered with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM).
5. Familiar with the role of Company Secretary as required under the Companies Act 2016.
6. Familiar with handling, organizing and maintaining records of Board meetings.
7. Familiar with relevant laws such as Contract Law. Employment law. etc.
