Executive Planner Draftperson Designer Security Guard Job Vacancies at Laku Management Sdn Bhd Miri Sarawak

We invite highly enthusiastic and motivated individuals to fill in the following positions:

1. Planning Executive – Corporate Office
   The Job
   Reporting to the Senior Manager Operation, the incumbent will be responsible in overseeing
   the operational aspects of water supply systems, ensuring efficiency, reliability and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
   Qualification / Requirements:
   1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
   2. Minimum three (3) years of working experience in operation, site supervision, or project planning execution works in water supply systems, preferably in a similar role.
   3. Good knowledge of water treatment processes, distribution networks and pumping systems.
   4. Proficiency in data analysis and problem -solving.
   5. Excellent communication and team works skills.
   6. Understanding of general finance and budgeting.
   7. Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards such as Water Supply Regulations, Water Ordinance and related laws.
2. Corporate Planner – Corporate Office
   The Job
   Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the incumbent will be responsible to ensure the Successful implementation of the Company’s strategic business plans and various improvement initiatives through close monitoring of Company’s KPIs, Balanced Scorecard.
   Qualification / Requirements:
   1. Degree in Engineering or related field.
   2. At least 3 years of working experience in corporate planning, strategic planning and financial analysis.
   3. Good written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills.
   4. Able to think critically, anticipate future trends, and develop long-term strategic plans that sign with the organization goals.
   5. Strong leadership skills and able to work assimilate with various level of staff
   6. Able to create and manage Balanced Scorecard and KPIs to ensure that the process is well structured, timelines are met, and outcomes are achieved.
   7. Computer savvy with good skills in producing slides presentation.
3. Draftsperson / Designer – Corporate Office
   The Job
   Reporting to the Technical & GIS Executive, the incumbent will be responsible for the drafting and updating approved / as built drawings projects for Miri, Bintulu, Samalaju and Limbang and maintain the drawing registers.
   Qualification / Requirements:
   1. SPM / SPMV with credit in Mathematics with a minimum of 2 years drafting working experience using AutoCAD. A relevant Technical Certificate will be an added advantage.
   2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
   3. Responsible, meticulous and able to work under minimum supervision.
   4. Good command at spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
   5. Knowledge in water Supply Regulations and Water Ordinance.
   6. Knowledge in Water Supply Reticulation System and Internal Plumbing Design Guidelines and installation methodologies.
4. Security Guard – Corporate Office
   The Job
   Reporting to Employee Support and Administration Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for patrolling and ensuring the Company’s building, properties and employees are property guarded.
   Qualification / Requirements:
   1. Meticulous attitude in ensuring all areas of the Company properties are in safe condition.
   2. Able to describe an incidents in details when required.
   3. Minimum SPM with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
   4. Obtained formal training on Security and Safety.
   5. Physically and mentally fit.
   6. Able to work on rotating shifts and during emergency.
