Leadership Institute of Sarawak seeking for Accounts Manager, HR and Statistician

The Leadership Institute of Sarawak Civil Service is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yayasan Sarawak. Driven with the purpose to advance excellence in the State Civil Service, the Institute is constantly adapting to the changing time; from being a training provider to a more strategic entity by developing competent civil servants and leaders across different levels within the Sarawak Civil Service.
We are looking for qualified and committed candidates for the following positions:

Leadership Institute of Sarawak hiring for Accounts Manager, HR and Statistician

Post Name:Finance and Accounts Manager
Responsibilities:
Overall in charge of the Finance and Accounts Section and is responsible for the finance, tax and accounting function of the Institute.
Requirement:

  • Degree in accountancy or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years related working experience.
  • A member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
  • Preferably with working knowledge with SQL Accounting System.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
    Post Name: Internal Auditor
    Responsibilities:
    Overall in charge of the Internal Audit Section and is responsible for providing independent and objective assurance on the adequacy of the efficiency and effectiveness of the Institute’s internal control environment
    Requirement:
  • Degree in accountancy, economics, finance or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • Preferably Certified in Internal Audit.
  • Minimum 5 years related working experience.
  • Ability to work independently and possess strong analytical thinking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
    Post Name: Human Resource Manager
    Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement HR policies, programs and services that support the human capital agenda and needs of the Institute.
    Requirement:
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years related working experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
    Post Name:Assessment and Examination Manager
    Responsibilities:
    Overall in charge of the Assessment and Examination Section and is responsible for the efficiency and quality of the assessment and examination activities.
    Requirement:
  • Degree in business/education/law or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years related working experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

    Responsibilities:
    To support research project, conducting research, analyzing results and generating original ideas. Participate in course design, administration and monitoring of new courses or training module.
    Requirement;
  • Degree in Human Resource Development or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

    Responsibilities:
    Engage in the development of mathematical theory/ apply statistical theory and methods to collect, organize, interpret, and summarize numerical data to provide usable information.
    Requirement;
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics and statistics.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in related field.
  • Experience using Statistical Analysis System (SAS), Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) /Orange for data mining and visualization (Intermediate to advanced level).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
    Remuneration:
