Following the appointment of the current Head of Senior School (Years 9-12), Mrs Charlotte Lush as the Deputy Principal of Lindisfarne Anglican Grammar School, we seek to appoint an outstanding educational leader as our next Head of Senior School (Years 9-12).

This senior leadership position provides overarching responsibility for ensuring future focused, educational and operational leadership for our students and staff. You will be responsible for driving the curriculum, promoting exceptional teaching and learning, as well as providing leadership in our approach to managing the pastoral care, discipline and wellbeing needs of our students in the senior years.

It requires innovative thinking, proactive problem solving, a deep care for students and staff and the ability to build strong relationships within a cohesive community.

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Christian educator to lead the Christian life of our School and Ministry within our caring community. The role of the Chaplain is to provide social, emotional and spiritual support to students and staff, create opportunities for faith development of students and advance the religious life of the School. In order to achieve this, the Chaplain will work closely with those in key roles of pastoral care and learning support, teachers, and the leadership team.
