With only 30 Suites and Bures, Lomani offers a tranquil and romantic atmosphere for those on a holiday seeking total relaxation. The Resort is located on Malolo Lailai Island in the Mamanuca Group of Islands and is a short 50 minute boat ride from Port Denarau Marina.

Post Name: Food & Beverage Manager

Responsibilities:-

•  Ensure exceptional food and beverage products and services;
• Effectively manage food and beverage/culinary services
• Ensure food safety programmes and best practices
• Implement an effective F&B training and cleaning program
• Inculcate a happy and productive work environment
• Drives a high performance culture, monitor staff and own performance.
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures.

Requirements:-

– At least 3 years’ exceptional experience in front line guest relations, Proactive and dynamic food and beverage management professional, Compassionate, trustworthy, relates well with guests/staff, Knowledge of software programs (MS Office & POS), Accredited in food service management.
