Longhurst Group currently have two exciting opportunities for experienced Development professionals to join our team.

Longhurst Group hiring Business and Project Manager

Post Name: Development & New Business Manager – Ref LG116
– Up to £51,911.14 + car/allowance
– Based Peterborough/Boston/Oakham
– The Development & New Business Manager will oversee a team of Project Managers to help deliver our current Development programme while also managing new opportunities to produce a continuous pipeline that will underpin the Groups growth strategy.
Post Name: Project Manager – Ref LG117
– Up to £41,053.22 + car/allowance
– Based Peterborough/Boston/Oakham
– The Project Manager will join an existing team who manage the delivery of a portfolio of projects from inception to completion.
Each of the posts will involve working with existing partners and developing new opportunities both for Longhurst Group and members of Blue Skies Consortium.

The successful candidates will:

• have strong knowledge of housing development and construction processes together with staff management and business development skills,
• have strong leadership skills
• Lead with team members in assessing the financial viability & valuation of new development opportunities.
