Positions Available

1. Post Name: Section Manager (Facility / CEO’S Office)

Responsibilities of Section Manager:

• Manage various groups of Facility engineers and technicians such as Electrical & Operation team, Mechanical & Maintenance team, Building Maintenance Team and Coolant Filtration team, etc.
• To advice facility engineers on unplanned downtime or breakdowns and troubleshooting for all facility systems.
• Acting on behalf of Facility Director.
• To undertake assignments / tasks provided by Facility Director
• Responsible for all the upgrading and modification projects related to facility department.
• Manage the subordinates in performing their routine jobs and provide effective training and motivation through clear communication.
• Drive all the facility engineers in continuous improvement projects.
• Should Drive for cost effectiveness for operation & maintenance of all facilities equipment and systems.
• Drive the engineers to achieve the department KPI and comply with all ISO requirements.
• Working closely with SEB/ SESCO/ KWB/ BOMBA/ DOSH/ DOE and other government agencies on the every matter related to facility.

Requirements for Section Manager:

• Degree, Master in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Additional Master in Management or management experience will be an added advantage.
• Possess good interaction and manageable skills and able to share and transfer knowledge.
