Post Name:- Director of Human Resources And Compliance (Re-Advertised)

The Director of Human Resources and Compliance is responsible for the operational delivery of human resources and support to staff, working with the Principal to strengthen the Schools human resources by developing positive working relationships with staff at all levels and driving and influencing meaningful change. Planning implementing and evaluating employee relations, policies. programs and practices, driving process improvements and engaging and building staff commitment are key to this role.
The successful applicant will lead a Professional Human Resources team comprising of the Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Coordinator Previous experience in a school environment is preferred.
