Mackie Lake House Foundation MLHF is looking for Caretaker

Mackie Lake House Foundation MLHF requires a Caretaker/Security person. Responsibilities include carrying out regular security checks of the House, Grounds and Outbuildings. This includes a security walk around the outside of the House and Grounds every other day, or as determined in consultation with the manager.

The Mackie Lake House Manager will provide a regular monthly schedule of House use/occupancy, upcoming events and activities scheduled.

The above Caretaker/Security Duties is linked to the Rental Agreement for the cottage located on the property of the Mackie Lake House.

The small two bedroom cottage has a single bath, laundry, and parking, with a large fully fenced yard. Pets would be considered with pre-approval.

The value of the Caretaking/ Security duties are reflected in the in the Residential Tenancy Agreement. Total rent is $1200 per month and the value of the caretaking/security position is $300 per month. The renter is responsible for all utilities.
