Job description:
The Business Development direct reports direct to the Chief Executive Director and he is responsible to develop long term business plan in terms of local, national and overseas market.

The Business Development Director’s major area of responsibility:

• Development of business strategy and direction
• Target national and regional markets
• Determine the target customer and trade
• Focus in e-commerce and package the supply chain business

Job Description:

• Map out business development strategy
• Focus on the target trade both in national and regional market
• Establish good business relationship with present business partners and customer
• Explore organic growth from the present customer locally and opportunity to extend the similar service to their other region or market.
• Pipelining the present prospect and establish customers’ expectation to finalize the prospect.
• Operation simplification targeting at present operations as well as the other prospects.

Other requirements:

• Candidates must be passionate at the logistics
• Minimum 10 years experience in FMCG business
• Good networking in national and multinational company
• Computer literate and strong analytical, presentation, negotiation and leadership skill

Salary range: RM 70,000.00 to RM 150,000.00 PA
