The successful candidate is responsible for managing me Central Branches including:

• Overseeing the operations of the Central branches.
• Having a strong focus on Customer Service and deliverables.
• Developing strong business relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their business and financial needs, in order to appropriately structure lending and relevant financial solutions offered by Merchant Finance.
• Effective management and control of branch portfolio of accounts.
• Ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory requirements including lending policy and approval conditions.
• Checking applications to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Having extensive experience with credit analysis, and high-level analytical skills.
• Continuously managing and engaging staff in professional development to support their performance.

To be considered, you must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Barking & Finance. Management, Business and/or Accounting is desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience on consumer lending, banking and or Credit Institution experience.
• 3-4 years’ leadership experience in banking and finance environment is necessary.
• Demonstrated successful business development/marketing/sales experience.
• Strong Customer Relationship and Network capabilities.
• Sound knowledge of credit, risk management policies and procedures.
• Strong analytical, planning, problem solving, negotiations and organizing skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication ability.
• Excellent inter-personal skills and personal presentation, positive outlook and strong desire to maintain high standards.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
